1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Chatdatingd website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Chatdatingd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

2. Eligibility

To use Chatdatingd, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• Legal capacity: You must not be prohibited from using online dating services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Good standing: You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or removed from the Platform for violating these terms.
• Intent: You must intend to use Chatdatingd for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes related to genuine dating and relationship-building.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account on Chatdatingd, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete profile information, including your real name, age, and photographs that accurately represent your appearance.
• Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized access: You must notify Chatdatingd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
• Real identity: Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

4. User Conduct and Community Standards

Chatdatingd is committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and authentic dating community. All users are expected to adhere to the following standards:

• Treat others with respect: Communicate courteously with all members, regardless of background, nationality, or beliefs.
• No harassment: Bullying, threatening language, stalking, intimidation, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
• No hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin will not be tolerated.
• Honest profiles: All information you share - including photos, biographical details, and relationship intentions - must be truthful and up to date.
• No commercial solicitation: Using the Platform to advertise products, promote services, or recruit members for external businesses is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on Chatdatingd and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles - using false identities, stock photos, or AI-generated images to deceive other members.
• Soliciting money - requesting financial assistance, gifts, or wire transfers from other members under any pretense.
• Posting offensive content - uploading or sharing sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or illegal material.
• Data scraping or harvesting - using automated tools, bots, spiders, or crawlers to extract user data or content from the Platform.
• Using bots or automated tools - deploying automated messaging systems, chatbots, or scripts to interact with members.
• Sharing personal information of others - distributing another user's private data, photos, or messages without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any illegal activity - using the Platform for purposes that violate local, state, federal, or international laws.
• Circumventing security measures - attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security features, verification systems, or access controls.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content - including photos, text, and messages - that you upload or create on Chatdatingd ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Chatdatingd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it.

All Platform content, design elements, branding, logos, software, algorithms, and features are the exclusive intellectual property of Chatdatingd and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from Chatdatingd.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Chatdatingd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to connect you with compatible European women through our AI-powered matching and verified profiles, we make no guarantees regarding the number, quality, or outcome of any matches or interactions. Chatdatingd is not responsible for the behavior, conduct, or actions of any user, either on or off the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chatdatingd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Chatdatingd in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public visibility within 24 hours, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Chatdatingd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of severe violations - including fraud, harassment, or illegal activity - we may also report the conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities. No refund of prepaid subscription fees will be issued for accounts terminated due to terms violations.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern within 30 business days.

If an informal resolution is not reached, any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Chatdatingd.
